The short version
We do not collect, store, or transmit your audio or video files. All analysis happens entirely inside your browser. Your files never leave your device. We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party scripts that observe your behavior.
What we don't collect
- ✓Your audio or video files — processing is done locally in your browser using the Web Audio API
- ✓Account information — there are no accounts
- ✓Usage data or analytics — we run no analytics scripts
- ✓Cookies — we set no cookies
- ✓IP addresses or device fingerprints — we have no server-side logging of user activity
How the tool works
When you drop or select a file, it is read directly by your browser using the FileReader and Web Audio API. The audio data is decoded and analyzed in-memory. No data is sent to any server. When you close the tab, everything is gone.
Hosting & infrastructure
This site is hosted on a third-party hosting provider. Standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) may be retained by the host for security and operational purposes. These logs are not accessible to us and are not used for any tracking or profiling.
Third-party services
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log requests to their font servers. No other third-party scripts, SDKs, or services are loaded on this site.
Children's privacy
This site does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, there is nothing specific to children to address.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how this site operates in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
